We are located just forty miles east of Knoxville and just seven miles from either I-40 (exit 424) or I-81 (exit 8), on a peninsula jutting into the Douglas Lake portion of the French Broad River.

Our central location in the Smoky Mountains makes Baneberry easy to reach by most major highways in the Eastern United States. We can also be conveniently reached via the Knoxville and Bristol regional airports. Both airports are just about an hour from Baneberry.

Take exit 424 and follow the signs to Baneberry

Directions if arriving by I-81 (or US 25E from the North):
Take exit 8 and head South on US 25E five miles south of I-81.
Then make a right turn at the Douglas Lake Market/gas station
and follow the signs to Baneberry.
